What’s the Deposit and When is the Balance Due?

Existing Adventures – the deposit is $500 and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 120 days before the start of your trip.

Bespoke Adventures – the deposit is $750 per person and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 120 days before the start of your trip.

In addition to the per-person trip deposit, a non-refundable $500 Bespoke Adventure Consultation Fee is required to initiate your request, design your itinerary, and secure the lodging for your group. Once the booking is confirmed, this design fee will be applied toward the balance due.

How Far in Advance to Book a Trip?

If you’re looking for an unforgettable cycling experience, a bespoke cycling camp or ride is a great way to go. With options for team or solo rides, you can customize your adventure to meet your needs.

Most camps are booked six months ahead — traveling in July means we are all dialed in by January prior. The more time we have, the more creative we can be!

Whether you want to explore the countryside on two wheels with friends or take a solo journey of discovery, there are plenty of options available.

* For future trip credits, reservations must be made within 12 months of the original date of departure or funds are forfeited. The credit balance will be applied to the camp fee (camp fees will not be the same from year to year). Refunds will not be issued after either (1) credit has been allocated to a future trip or (2) the credit has exceeded the 12-month expiration.
